I found the hotel staff helpful, especially adam, who provided us with dining recommendations and assisted with reservations. the location is excellent. It is within walking distance to the cathedral and the gothic quarter. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool, hot tub and sauna. the bar service was very attentive.

The room included tea and coffee facilities. This was a nice touch. the beds were comfortable and well kept and quiet. the hotel provided fresh fruit and cool water near the reception area. We appreciated this.

breakfast had a large selection of juices, fruit, yogurts, eggs, breads, and pastries. the dining area was nice. the chef prepared eggs to order. there were choices that are healthy and indulgent.

the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, les rambles, and the cathedral. it is in an older part of the city. i found the area pleasant and convenient. even the airport bus stop was close.

The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. Our room was kept very clean with fresh towels each day. The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop area. It offered a pleasant space to relax after a day of sightseeing (the city views were a nice bonus).
The jacuzzi water could have been warmer.
