The breakfast options were extensive and included fresh fruit. The room was clean and the bed offered excellent comfort, important to me. the staff were attentive. They promptly addressed requests and provided helpful recommendations.
The lift was occasionally slow, though this never significantly impacted my stay.

i found the staff helpful and friendly . the location was central, i could easily walk to many key attractions and shopping areas. the rooftop pool, though small, was a welcome amenity after a day of sightseeing, it offered a refreshing escape.
The gym was somewhat limited in equipment. It could benefit from a few more cardio machines.

my room included a well-stocked mini-bar, i noticed it had a selection of beverages and snacks available for purchase. the room was soundproofed very well, i experienced minimal noise from outside or neighboring rooms and it helped ensure a peaceful sleep. there were ample power outlets available near the desk and bedside tables.

i found numerous restaurants and cafes within a five-minute walk of the hotel. the metro station was also close, it provided easy access to other parts of the city. the hotel's proximity to historical sites made exploring very convenient though the parking was expensive!

i was a little disappointed with the room size it felt smaller than i expected. the bathroom lacked good ventilation after showers. the lack of natural light in the room.

helpful staff convenient location easy access prosecco touch
i stayed in this hotel for a few nights and found it very accommodating. the staff were helpful specifically adam who was always available to assist. the location was very convenient with easy access to many attractions. i also appreciated the complimentary prosecco during check-in it was a nice touch
the jacuzzi was not working which was a slight disappointment since i was looking forward to relaxing in it after a day of exploring

small room bathroom stains
The location was acceptable. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.
the room i booked was quite small. there was hardly any space to move around, and i struggled to store my luggage efficiently. also, i noticed some stains on the bathroom tiles, they definitely impacted the overall cleanliness of the space.

I found the hotel staff helpful, especially adam, who provided us with dining recommendations and assisted with reservations. the location is excellent. It is within walking distance to the cathedral and the gothic quarter. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool, hot tub and sauna. the bar service was very attentive.

The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. Our room was kept very clean with fresh towels each day. The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop area. It offered a pleasant space to relax after a day of sightseeing (the city views were a nice bonus).
The jacuzzi water could have been warmer.
